Train the Trainer 2012

Workplaces are also ‘learnplaces’. This program will provide you
with the skills and knowledge to contribute to the learning
culture of your workplace.

Over four days you will have a chance to design and deliver high impact
training sessions, as well as focus on what needs to happen after each session
– i.e. the job of embedding new skills and knowledge through coaching and
support.

After your experience with AIM, the real work begins. Each assessment task
you are required to complete is designed to reinforce and extend the skills and
knowledge you will have acquired. Ideally, the coaching and training tasks you
will be conducting within your workplace will add value to both your business
and those who learn from you.

Duration

Two consecutive days plus two consecutive days a week later (four days)
