• Access and understand project scope and other relevant project
documentation
• Define stakeholders and determine resources required to undertake the
project
• Develop a project timeline and budget
• Formulate a risk management plan for the project
• Clearly communicate expectations to project team members
• Establish and maintain required record keeping systems
• Achieve project deliverables and obtain necessary sign-offs
• Review project outcomes with your team, document lessons learned and
transition staff as appropriate
